After a subform is created, would I be able to have a field list five different records automaticly?

You could have the Default View for the subform be Continuous Forms. This would show as many records as could fit in the space you allocate for the subform.

Thank you for your reply. The reason I want the subform to list 5 records automatically is I want a field to list 5 different values in them.
