I am working with a database FE access, BE SQL studio express (SQL server 2005). On 1 laptop I have made several new tables with records. How can I copy these tables with records to the other laptop?

I some other tables I have made new fields. Is it possible to update the existing tables on the other laptop without changing the data (records) on that laptop?

How big is the database?

are these laptops networked? and can see each other on the network?
