how to change color of buttons and page tabs as buttons

He has a freeware download on changing button colors.

Basically, he makes a button invisible and places a colored rectangle of whatever color is desired BEHIND the invisible button. When the "rectangle" is clicked, the button's onclick property picks it up.

on her MS Access Download page, she had a DB called Colour Command Buttons

you can give that a try.

I downloaded it, and her buttons look nice, but so far have not been able to duplicate them. They come in 4 or more layers.
