Is it possible to use two pop up forms each asking for different criteria to open one report?

By that do you mean that

1. Two different pop-up forms could each (individually) get criteria and open a particular form?

or

2. You want to open a form using criteria derived from two separate pop-up forms? (both pop-ups required to get the criteria)?

I mean two different pop-up forms that would each (individually) get criteria and open a particular report. Thanks for your help.
