I have a table with 36 fields. I use a form with 36 text boxes to hold these fields, then I create a report. My problem is that not all 36 fields contain data. I may have 5 fields in one recored, 10 fields in another record, 36 fields in another record, etc. Since I have all 36 text boxes in a verticle order on the form I get a lot of white space between records. How do I get rid of the white space?

Set the 'canshrink' property of the detail of the report to Yes. this will eliminate them as long as there is no overlap.
