We have a very simple database (1 form, 1 table, 2 queries) stored on our network. We have had no problems with it for months, but today some of the phone reps are receiving an error message when trying to enter data into the form. The message states "Could not update; Currently locked by admin on machine AT29493." I'm not sure where that machine is and our LAN people don't seem to be able to help. We do have the DB on the network, with a shortcut on each machine to that one DB. Could that be the problem? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help!

I have the impression that there is an orphan LDB-file on the network drive. All users need DELETE rights on this drive (see ACCESS ONLINE ENCYCLOPEDIA article on this topic).

Thanks for your help! We just added some phone reps and they may not have been given the same security access as everyone else. I really appreciate the help!
