I have a simple form with a header footer and detail. The problem is the detail area is not long enough to show all form fields when in FORM View. I checked the detail and form properties but do not see anything that is causing this.

I guess you have a number of options.

If you are the only user of this database you could set your screen to a different (i.e. higher) resolution.

You could make your header and /or footer shorter (so re-design these sections).

You could re-arrange your fields on your form so that they occupy less vertical space.

You could add a tab control to your form and have 2-3 different tabbed pages with different fields displayed on each page.

The choice is yours.
