I have a crosstab query which generates 35 columns under column heading.
The report based on this query shows summary option for 20 columns only. How do I extend this to include all fields generated by crosstab query.
When I try to add a summary for one of the fields in report design, it does not recognise field name and shows error.

i have attchd. result of crosstab query in excel.

If you create a new report based on the crosstab query it should create a filed in the report for each column found in the query. My only issue here is presentation. Asuming the report is landscape it is still going to be very busy getting 35 col headings onto 1 page. Have you considered this?

Also next time you run the report if certain col headings do not exist (ie no data for that period/code/etc) the report will fail as crosstab queries are normally dynamic unless you hardcode the anticipated column headings.

i have used report wizard, grouped under Subfincode. Then under summary options, fields 3710 to 3920 are only listed. (the result of query is attached with earlier post)

yes, the details of all 35 columns are listed. the problem is with summary options while grouping in report wizard
