Check out FrmSmp97 and Solutions databases they have many examples to work with.

Thanks for your reply but I guess I am just a little slow. I went to try and find the FrmSmp97 you referred to with no success. could you give me a little more direction?

Solutions is included in the samples folder Frm97 is available from MS dowload sorry I don't have the address there are some other useful samples there as well including NeatCD and a Query sampler both are very helpful.
