View Full Version : Access to SQL Server Migration Assistant - SQL Server 2000

Hi,

Would anyone know if there is an SQL Server Migration Assistant that migrates an ms access 2003 database to SQL Server 2000 ?

I can find the migration assistants to SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008 for all versions of access but cannot locate the same type of application for migration of access to SQL Server 2000.


Any help most appreciated

The upsizing wizard in A2003 should work just fine for SQL Server 2000.

Is A2003 the migration assistant that will migrate access 2003 to SQL Server 2005?

To which platform are you trying to upsize your database, SQL Server 2000, or SQL Server 2005?

The migration is to SQL Server 2000.
