I can not get my form to populate from one combo box. I would like to choose the comany name form a combo box and have all of the fields in the form populate with that companies information. There are 5 pages on the form also. ANy information would be greatly appreciated.

Delete the combobox and then re-add it with the wizard active. One of your choices will be to "find a record on my form ....". Choose that one.
