View Full Version : Live Reports in MS Access for people who dont have Access

I have Access 2007 and there is SharePoint 2007 in our office. I have limited access or knowledge in SQL, what I did is I’ve link Access 2007 to get information out from the SQL box, Excel, SharePoint List. I’ve created tables to keep information like exchange rates and all other stuff that comes from different departments all around.
I want to create a report that is Live out of access, place it on SharePoint is that possible. So meaning if the SQL box that I am pulling out from is a sales repository, so if someone bills something he could go to SharePoint where I have the report and click on it and filter or the result of his billing for an example and view his progress.

So the report would contain their Target Sales for the Year, Actual billing, Expected billing, Quarterly, monthly and so on.

Maybe the free Access 2007 Runtime is what you need.
