I can't seem to get my mailing labels to print out right. I have Avery mailing labels (product #5363). The label dimensions are 1 3/8 X 2 13/16 and there are 3 labels across the top and 8 in a row. I can't get the data to come out evenly on all the labels. The first row is good and the column margins are right, it's the row margins that I'm having problems with. Could someone provide some assistance.

What version of Access are you using?

Are you using the report wizard for Labels? If not, I would recommend trying it.

Hi I'm using version 2003

When creating a new report, have you tried selecting the last option for Label Wizard? I have had great success using this.
