Hi there,

I am a noob when it come to access and I was hoping one of you pros could give me a hand. I have data with the following headings Name, Address, City, Postal Code and Phone Number.

Basically, what I need is a randomized phone number from each unique postal code based on 4 Cities.

I am looking at these 4 cities Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke and North York. There are about 35,000 unique postal codes in this geographic area. I have about 752,000 records in that area but only want to call 1 from each postal code that has been selected randomly, so I have a balanced sample.

If you have any questions or suggestions please let me know.

Thanks in advance,
Chris

Would this happen to be a tool you are developing to assist with telemarket cold-calling?
