Is there a way to slow down how fast the animated gif moves on a form? I tried playing with the speed property but it did not change the speed of the graphic.

Im not sure if this is the answer you are looking for but i would suggest getting a copy of paintshop pro and use the animation program that comes with it this should let you change the speed of the animation. I've designed web sites with the same problem using gif graphics. Not only van you slow down or speed up but you can be creative and add to the graphic. I hope this helps.
