Okay, I know VB and should know Access, however, I am trying to populate fields in a form w/ info from a table.

Ie. I pick or type the employee number and I want the rest of the fields to populate w/ their info...

There is a very nice wizard that will help you do this. Make sure the Control Wizard is selected and select the Combo Box control. Place it on your form and the Wizard will kick in. There will be a selection "to look up a record on your form". Do this and follow the Wizard through. Let me know if you have any questions.
