I have been away from querying, etc. for some time and trying to get back into it via Crystal Reports. :confused: I have a simple Excel spreadsheet tied to my CR. I have fields (and groups within the Crystal report) of Region, Case Type, Staff Member, and Compliance (1=yes, 2=no). I have successfully designed my report to group the records first by Region, then by Case Type within Region, then by Staff within Case Type. I have suppressed the detail so I see only the Group headers/footers and number of records for each group. However, I would also like to report the number of records that were "in compliance" at the Staff, Case Type and Region level, along with the percentage at each group level. I think I need a conditional formula, but I'm not sure. I want to tally the number of Yes records as a percentage of total records reviewed.
