Hi All...
When I open any new form in design view, the grids (the small squares) which divide the form horizontally and vertically,
its default is usually 10.
I want to make it 9 as default.
I can't find it in the Option
Thanks again.

I am not aware of any way to change the default for these properties other than using code. I think that you are just going to have to change them manually whenever you start a new form. If there is a way to change these defaults then someone else may have the answer and we will both learn something.

You need to check out "Form and report templates" in Access Help files.

If you read Help you would have seen that it tells you to create a form the way you want it and then save it. If you saved the form as MyForm and went to Tools > Options > Forms and Reports and typed in MyForm to replace Normal then all your new forms would have your 9 x 9 grid system....
