Probably very simple, but how can I add a total on a form to a total on the subform and display the results.

Thank you
Terry

Thank you - I received the demo, but I get an "unrecognized database format" error when I try to open it.

Sorry, you must have A97. The dbase I sent is A2000. I can send it to a friend and return it to you later on.

Can't seem to get ANY email to you. Do you have an alternate email address? Email me directly: MyAvonGirl@aol.com

Is there any chance I can get a copy of the demo in 97 also? I tried to do this also and didn't have any luck. I found a different approach, but would really appreciate learning something new.

Tnanks, BB

I just received notification that you had replied to this question (1:00 PM 11/30).

FYI, I did receive the 97 version of the demo from Jack Cowley. I took a look at it, but so far have not had the time to apply it to my situation. Hopefully this weekend and can get back to it.

Thanks for the help.

One other thing. I am away from my computer right now, but if I am not mistaken, the demo had two numbers in a subform added together with the result being displayed in the main form.

What I need is to add a number in the main form to a number in the subform. Doesn't matter which form the result displays in. Will the demo work the same in this situation?

Thanks
Terry
