Hello,
I am new to Access and am trying to adapt the Northwind database that comes with Access. I want to create a form that will allow me to enter a new customer (with all their details) and all the details of their new order. The details in the customer table are fine as they are, but on the order section of the form I want to create a combo box to select the category name and next to that I want another combo box that will only display the products that belong to the category that I selected in the category box. The order section must also have product price, stock levels, shipping details etc. Is this possible? If it is anyones help would be very much appreciated.

Have you also looked at Orders and Solutions they may be more suitable but in any case they have examples

They are both sample databases supplied by MS, either try where you obtained Northwind or the MS download site.

Hi Rich, I downloaded the databases you mentioned but they were still no help in solving my problem. Do you have any other advice. I have tried everthing I can and can't get it to work
