WHEN I CLICK COMMAND BUTTON OR COMBO OR LIST BOX FROM TOOL BOX AND I PUT IT IN THE FORM, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS ACTUALLY IT BRINGS WHAT I WANT TO DO NEXT AND I CAN SELECT FROM MENU. NOTHING COMING NOW BEFORE IT WORKS.

What you're looking for is the Wizard button. It looks like a little Magic Wand and if you make sure that it is selected BEFORE you make your selection (example a new combo box) then it will start the familiar wizard for you. Sometimes it's easy to accidentally click the bugger off and not know what is going on. I don't use it for most things so I leave it "unselected" but if you like to use the wizards, then just make sure it is in the down position.
