I am Jelte from the Netherlands. I am ecologist. Thats also the reason why I should use Access: I work often with large databases from which I need to extract a lot of things. Unfortunate my knowledge of Access is very very basic. So I hope to learn a lot here. Do you have a forum here for the real beginners?

Can I already start with a basic question?
I have an extensive time serie of waterdepth data. Per day (date format) I have 4 values which I want to average per day in a query. When I take the mean of the days this seems not to work. What do I do wrong?
