I have found a need for Keyword Filters to customize the Intelligent Message Filter as used with MS Exchange 2003 / IMF V2. The answer is the Custom Weighting Feature built into the V2 update. After reading the following article I designed a utility to assist in implementing this easily as typing the lines of code for thousands of keywords would be a pain.

I collected keywords from various sources on the internet and merged them with some of my own. This forum had provided many answers and assistance for me in the past so I wanted to share this. It is designed in Access 2007 but should work if downgraded.
For details on the settings, please read the article referenced above. I did not program the MIN and MAX functions as described in the article, I used the absolute scale of -9 to 9 for the range.
If you find yourself using this, please post text files of your updated keyword lists, this one already has around 2000.
