I have an OLE field in a form that I paste pictures into.

This works well most of the time but on some occasions although the picture is displayed on screen after the paste, if I go back to the same record later the picture is not there. It appears that although the picture was displayed it was not saved properly into the database. There are no error messages shown.

Does anyone have suggestions for why this may be happening ?

I have had the same type of problem, pasting pictures (using Windows 2000). If you choose Insert - Object and then browse to the file, this works for me (it just takes a little longer). Good Luck.
