MS Access VB Developer

Great opportunity to join a small well established financial company who are considered the leaders in their niche area.

Your role is to work on the companies core database where you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and performing feature requests on it. You must have good MS Access skills and Visual Basic and in addition you should have good general IT skills which will be put to use when needed. Part of your role will helping users in the company with any IT issues as and when requested and would amount to about 25% of your time when not working on the database. This would be basic IT skills such as hardware and PC issues, MS office apps and LAN.

Opportunity to learn other skills such as Unix and also the database will be migrating to more web based in the future the opportunity to get involved with Java development etc.
