Hello guys,

I need your help...
I have a table with some columns, for example like this:

ID |Name |Birthday |City |Phone |Mobile
12 |John Smith |12-01-1956 | | |xyz abc fgh
13 |Mary Jolie |15-09-1988 |Paris |+44 6758899 |
15 |Linda James | |New York |klo osa das |

Now, I want to make a report that show me only the fields with values, like this:
ID: 12
Name: John Smith
Birthday: 12-01-1956
Mobile: xyz abc fgh

ID: 13
Name: Mary Jolie
Birthday: 15-09-1988
City: Paris
Phone: +44 6758899

ID: 15
Name: Linda James
City: New York
Phone: klo osa das
I tried many ways and I couldn't find a solution.
Can you help me with this? It would be amazing if you help me with an example in a *.mdb file...

Thank you in advance.

Joao

Have a look at the Can Shrink (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299011) Property and also the related Can Grow property

Joao.

Why not give us an example of what you have already tried?

Chris.

Joao, I am having the same issue. I looked at the link you posted but do not know how to perform the function mentioned. How did you get the results you needed?
