Peaceful greetings. This is my first time posting to a group forum like this and I thank in advance all who help out.

I am very new to Access programming and what I do know is self-taught. I hope any misunderstanding on my part doesn't cause undo confusion. This is a request for help on a programming concept.

It is an active inventory database. There is a form cld frmVendorPurchaseOrd and one called frmCustomerInvoice. The VendorPurOrd should add to the QtyInStock for a specific ProductID and the CustInvoice should subtract from the QtyInStock for the same ProductID. How and where can I store this info in Access so that each time I select the ProductID I will know how much of that ProductID I have in stock based on the most current Vendor purchase order and Customer invoices entered?
