Tomorrow (8th Dec) is the 30th anniversary of the passing of John Lennon. Arguably one of the greatest songwriters of the 20th century.

May your god rest you John - thanks for the music and for forming the greatest band the world will ever see.

WHERE WERE YOU WHEN YOU HEARD THE NEWS

Let us know where and what you were doing when you heard about the assassination of John Lennon.

I was playing pickup hockey and was on my way home. The radio station played three Lennon songs in a row (which I though odd) and the announcer came on and explained that John had been killed earlier that night.

Wow! That's a game I haven't heard of. How do you play hockey from a pickup truck?

It is a Canadian pass time when we are not playing blind folded ceiling darts.
