How do I change the color of a listbox row when the value meets some criteria?

I recently discovered the beauty of conditionally formatting datasheets with color. I would like to do the same thing with a listbox. Is this possible?

If you create a list box and then click on the Format menu you will see that conditional formatting is not available for a list box.
