What ever happened to Ajetrumpet? I was just looking on my "friends" list and it says he's been banned! When did this happen? What happened? Jings, you turn your back for a minute...

That doesn't quite answer my question though. Perhaps, the "mascarading" Adam will enlighten me, if no one else will... What's his new name?

We respect member's privacy for obvious reasons. Yes, his old name was banned as seen, and until David posted that, we didn't make it obvious we knew he was back. Neither did he as far as I know. Maybe he will now, but it's entirely up to him.

Can I get a banned alternate name as well? Seems to be a status symbol! (Just kidding of course - don't ban me, please!)

Just change your user cp to show "Banned" instead of "As Confused as You Are" and you'll really confuse people here.

That's just daft. Everyone knows that Madiera is not a country but a rather excellent cake :D

I'm pretty sure you'll find that Baker Street in Paisley, that's why Gerry Rafferty (RIP) wrote about it ;)

Did you mis spell country there?

I stand corrected, it's actually in Greenock (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&q=baker+street,+paisley&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl), I wonder if that's where Mothers Pride was first produced...

Its sarcasm. Or maybe Irony - possibly both.

"Couldn't be like it." is not normal English. "Couldn't be like that" would be better.

The subject noun or pronoun has also been banned in 13 countries. But very different ones.

I was using sarcasm as was pointed out earlier. (As you well know)
My English is not perfect, but I do like to help people who's first language is not English - like Americans for example, or people from the North UK.

Incidentally Bri, there's a programme on tonight about the North / South divide in the UK. Should be interesting to see how people actually manage in the North. I can't imagine what it must be like in those back-to-back two up two down houses.

Oh, I found out today our cleaner isn't in next week - bit of a sod really, might need to give her the push and get a Philippino in. Anyone know how to operate a hoover? I think ours is called Henry.
