I have a data entry form for new records only. I want to stop the form from advancing to a new record upon exiting the last field. I have other tabs on the form that rely on the data in the main form to complete correctly so i do not want the operator to be able to leave that one record any way other than closing the form.

In the form properties, set the Cycle to "current record."
