I have almost finished my first access database, however is need to know what the formula for a start and end date in a query is.

I also need to know the best way of updating an access d/base, in short i need to update my clients copy of the d/base on a weekly basis and I am unsure what the best way to do it is.

In your query under criteria type Between [start Date] and [End Date] and you will get two parameter boxes prompting you to enter your dates.

Finishing touches - he he. Every time I think I,ve finished a database everyone says "This is great, but wouldn't it but good if we could do that !" So far I'm up to version 26!!
