I can view topics on this forum, and create my own, but how do I jump in one and comment?

The "Post Reply" button is available on any open topic, and you can reply to either your own or someone else's topic.

For example, that's how you're reading this here under your original post. http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/ubb/biggrin.gif
