View Full Version : VBA tags the_net_2.0 04-15-2011, 07:22 AM do we have them here? boblarson 04-15-2011, 09:23 AM What do you mean "VBA tags?" We have CODE tags which are what we use for VBA or other types of code. Is there a specific VBA code tag type somewhere else? the_net_2.0 04-15-2011, 01:56 PM yes Bob, over at MAF they have [VBA] tags that actually highlight code appropriately. here's an example over there: http://www.accessforums.net/programming/sql-code-remove-duplicates-table-then-import-into-existing-table-12884.html#post55921 boblarson 04-15-2011, 02:06 PM Well, we currently don't but if you can find out how they got them over there, we can ping Jon and see if he can implement it. DCrake 04-15-2011, 02:06 PM Adam Although powered by the same vBulletin I don't think Jon utilises these tags. the_net_2.0 04-15-2011, 02:43 PM Well, we currently don't but if you can find out how they got them over there, we can ping Jon and see if he can implement it. Well I'm not going to bother Matrix over there for something he won't get any benefit from. He likes me, Bob. :D and just too add, I've gotten quite a few things added over there. [anchor] tags are possible too, as we have them at MAF. Only for specific people, but you can do it apparently. ChrisO 04-16-2011, 01:32 PM The example given may look flash but it doesn't copy/paste directly into the standard VBA editor of Access 2003. Personally, I think it would be too much work for people to reformat that sort of thing simply to try and answer some question about it. Chris. gemma-the-husky 04-17-2011, 08:13 AM even if there is no button for them, if they are just bracketed pairs of text, could you enter the code strings directly? does anyone have al ist for other "special codes" that may or may not be available. |
