Hi everyone,

My name's Rachael and I may be coming here more often as I'm starting to use Access regularly now!

I've set up an Access database and I spent all day yesterday trying to get a graph to work on a form record.

Basically, I would like to have a line graph appearing on each record. The line graph should have two lines - one which changes on each record to and one which stays the same for every record (for comparison with the one that's changing).

I have tried everything, but everytime I try and put a graph in I get a blank graph appearing with only the title.

I hope this makes sense? If anyone needs any further clarification, please let me know and I'll expand!

I will SO appreciate anyone who can help me with this!

Thank you so much,

Rachael

Rachael,
I suspect the reason you haven't had a reply is that the graphs in Access are not too clever. I think that most people would use Excel for the graph work.
Maybe someone with graph knowledge may read it again and be able to help you

Thanks Colin! I've already worked out that the graph function isn't too hot - a shame, as it would be great if I could get it to work (in fact I know it's possible to do what I'm trying to do, it's just a matter of working out how to do it...Does that make sense?!!). http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/ubb/smile.gif

Thanks again for the reply,

Rachael

If you're still stuck, can you say what exactly the figures are. Maybe I can try to re-create it. Email if it's easier
