Are all the moderators "Super" now?

What is the difference between a moderator and a "Super" moderator - apart from the obvious? How many are there? Are there any normal ones or is "super" a strange title - like "World" series where only 2 countries compete?

I dare not ask one by sending a PM as I have been warned by one not to speak to any about moderating issues - presumably because I am merely a lowly normal member for 12 years here.
