I like the thanks and thanked system however the phrase

Thanked X times in Y posts seems to be calculated in an illogical way.

Generally X is equal to Y and as a result beyond the value of X the latter part of the phrase conveys no valuable information.

If I was able to and this was my application environment I would just get rid of "in Y posts"

We actually know how many posts people have made from the first statistic.

Sometimes multiple people thank a post.

Ok I kind of see the original logic behind that but in reality l think its so rare that it adds little.

PS I like the play on a theme

ie a single person posting a post multiple times.
