I have created a number of reports in landscape mode and legal size paper (8 1/2 X 14). Since I have shared this database with a number of users, the reports usually open up in landscape mode but revert back to letter size paper. This requires users to do page setup almost every time they want to preview or print a report. Any suggestions on fixing this? (The reports were fine until others joined my specific Access Workgroup and began viewing them).

You may have already covered this but, after they change the page setup to their needs, they must save the changes or the changes are only temporary.
