I have two tables, one with header info and one with the detail. I want to create post cards to send to customers. I can only get it to print in a report format.

I think what you will want to do is to use the Label Wizard option found in the reports options. You will be allowed to define the size of your label, (or postcard,) and then the report will be scaled to that size.
