I am having trouble maintaining the correct report settings since I have shared my Access97 app with other users over a network. When another user opens a report it often reverts back to incorrect settings. Is there a way to set these properties in open events of reports or something like that?

Are you on a network? If so, i would put the database on the network and give certain people access to that folder. I have that done and the reports that the others have are fine. Try that!
