Hi, alright i have a meeting to show the datbase of today. Just added a simple caluclation to a report it adds the sums of query and displays it in a field.

you cannot open the report now because it says "out of memory" it offers no help on this
help if you can!

You have to make sure everything else is close and try to open it. If that doesnt work if you can at least get to the access database make sure you compact it. If not sorry!

just a shot in the dark, but, make sure you have plenty of free disk space. If your disk is getting full, there is no room for Temporary files.
