The first colum are the service that are offert here and the first line are the période for a year at the hospital.
The other number are the number(count) of peoples operated in each service for each période. I am able to get all those answer but my problem is :

My Query is :

Opération__Group________Group_________Count

All from the same table
With that Query i'm unable to get the kind of grid at the top of the page.
