View Full Version : Stupid question of the day: rotating text?

Is there some way to slant or rotate text for use as a column header? The CFO wants a report that contains 21 columns, and it's proving to be a bit tricky (since IT people never use the word 'impossible') to fit all the headers onto one sheet. Any suggestions, beyond using using a 2-point font?

Thanks,
Andreas

Access allows for Vertical text within its reports and forms. Just go into the properties for the field and set Text to Vertical. Maybe this is something that you can use. There is also an ActiveX Component that can be installed to achieve the rotated text output. I will search my files for it.

Good luck

Email me and I will send you the file which will show you how to rotate the text. Or rather go to this link:
