How do I highlight records on a form if they meet a certain criterea, ie. all records with a date over a year old. I would like to show them in red or bold for example in amoungst the other records..

Mike Gurman 02-26-2001, 01:28 AM If you have access 2000, you can use the built-in conditional formatting feature (the online help should be OK if you search for 'conditional format') If you have A97, it can still be done, but it's a bit tricky.
