Ok,
My Access 97 Application produces reports which need to be emailed. However, exporting to Word truncates some fields and thus loses data. I cant use the Snapshot viewer due to the very wide audience the reports are emailed too. Also, Re-arranging the layout of the report doesn't help since it solves the problem for a specific record, but then effects another one!

Microsoft say they have some bug with exporting reports, but it doesn't help to solve my problem.

I'd hate to see my Application go down the drain cos of this small, but crucial, problem!

P.S I'm surprised this problem never arose on the message board before.....anyone else have the same problem??!?!!?!?

If the fomatting isn't crucial then can't you just email the reports as rtf files.
Your dat a should then be intact.

I wish that worked! However, converting to an RTF file means that some fields get truncated and i lose the last few words! I wish it were as simple as sending as an .rtf, but sadly not!
