Currently I have an Access database that contains a generic category for an individual's title (mr, mrs, miss, etc). However, when I print a report I want to have seperate checkboxes for each title (ie a seperate one for Mr., for Mrs., etc). If the person is listed as Mr. under the generic category I'm hoping that it is possible for the appropriate checkbox to become 'ticked' when I print a report for that individual. Is this possible?
