Could anyone help me out here. I created labels using the wizard. 3 accross, 10 down. They work fine the first time I open the report. BUT>>
maybe the next time I open the report all the labels have gone to one column flush left or the whole page is legal size and landscape.
I fear this has something to do with my default printer settings which are legal size, landscape.
What can I do?
Did you use the page set up on the file menu while in design mode?

Rich:
I tried to correct the problem with page setup. The result was now an 8-1/2 x 11 portrait (as should be), but the labels still run down on the left handed column. I even tried setting page set up to a specific printer.
This is happening with ALL my labels after the first time the report is opened? Any other ideas. It's been driving me mad! I have to recreate the reports over and over again. Right now, I've resorted to linking to Word labels through hyperlinks to get my labels. Since I haven't learned how to automatically make Word merge from Access, I wanted to stick with Access reports.

There is a problem with the auto correct feature in A2K that might be the problem here, try turning it off.
