I am trying to create a label report. When I view the labels it shows a "#Error" in the name field. All the rest of the fields, address, city, state, and zip are fine. Thanks for the help. Martha

Are you sure you referred to the correct field for the name? Go into design view of the report and look to see.

If yes, the old "do-over" is usually a fix.
