I need some ideas on how I would create a budget variance report. I am a bit confused on how I would start it. I have 2 tables, transactions and budget tables. Records would contain Account numbers, date of transaction, and amount.
I need to create a report that will show the accounts, MTD -actual,Budget,variance, YTD-actual,Budget,variance. I also need to show how much money is left.
All ideas will definitely help! Thank you!
