I've created a form for Quality Assurance monitors of employees. Once the user fills out the form, I want them to click a "report" button and have a report run on the record they just completed (for calculations), and then reset the form for the next monitor. Can this be done?

Also consider that several users may be performing this function at the same time (database will be split on a network).
